About the Course
Daughters of Emotionally Immature Parents Monthly Support Group:
In this group, members can expect to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of having parents who may struggle to express emotions, take responsibility, or provide the support that is often needed. Participants will be welcomed with open arms, creating an environment where they can feel understood and validated. Each session may include discussions about personal stories, coping strategies, and resources that can help in healing and personal growth. It’s common for participants to find comfort in knowing they’re not alone in their struggles, as they hear stories that resonate with their own experiences. Ultimately, this group aims to empower daughters to recognize their worth, build healthier relationships, and create a positive path toward a more fulfilling life. Through support and shared learning, participants can gain valuable insights and tools for their journey toward emotional healing. This group is not a substitute for psychotherapy and does not initiate a therapeutic relationship. It is highly suggested for participants to already be engaged in indivudal therapy.
